Supplier Requirements
Approved suppliers must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for our approved vendor list.

ITAR registered and compliant with U.S. export control regulations
CMMC Level 2 (or higher) compliance readiness
Documented traceability of materials, processes, and inspections
On-time delivery performance (OTD) of 95% or greater
Acceptable quality level (AQL) of 1.0 or better
Ability to provide certificates of conformance (C of C) with each shipment
Capacity for prototype and production run quantities
RoHS, REACH, and conflict mineral compliance documentation
Responsive quoting and engineering support within 48 hours

Quality Review
Our quality and procurement teams review your certifications, capacity, and compliance documentation for alignment with AS9100 requirements.
Approval & Onboarding
Approved suppliers receive a supplier code, purchase terms, and integration into our approved vendor list for active sourcing.
Active Sourcing
Approved suppliers are issued purchase orders and participate in ongoing procurement of materials, processing, and services.
