Dye Precision CNC's quality system is AS9100, ITAR, and ISO 9001:2015 registered and DNV certified. Our inspection lab is equipped with two Hexagon Global S bridge CMMs (accuracy ~2.2µm), a Hexagon Tigo SF shop-floor CMM, a Mitutoyo CNC Quick Vision system, and a Mitutoyo optical comparator. First-article inspection, in-process gauging, and SPC data collection run against production programs, giving AS9100 CNC machining San Diego customers documented, traceable verification on every part.

What CMM accuracy can you achieve?
Our Hexagon Global S bridge CMMs achieve accuracy of approximately 2.2µm (configuration-dependent), and our Mitutoyo CNC vision system resolves to 0.1µm.
Do you provide first-article inspection reports?
Yes. We perform automated first-article inspection (FAI) against your model and drawing, with full dimensional reports and certificates of conformance (C of C) provided with each shipment.
Is your inspection lab AS9100 certified?
Yes. Our quality system is AS9100D, ITAR, and ISO 9001:2015 registered and certified through DNV, with full inspection traceability.
